Customer Service Representative $20 Per Hour | City Beverages of Orlando

General Summary

Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries. Answer all incoming calls, greet walk-in guests, determine the nature of business and direct it to appropriate departments. Supports administrative team with daily tasks as neede

 

Essential Job Functions

·         Greet walk-in guests, have them sign in, determine their needs and proceed accordingly.

·         Answer telephone calls and determine the nature of the call to route accordingly.

·         Customer requests: i.e. emergency orders, pricing, delivery schedule, & notifying Sales team and Delivery Drivers of customer concerns.

·         Report State No Sale, Expired or Revoked licensed accounts.

·         Open/Close Sales Accounts.

·         Place orders for walk-in customers and Sales team (same day deliveries of Sales [Hotshot], Sample, or Donations)

·         Provide detailed reports to management as needed.

·         Keep an open line of communication with Management.

·         Adhere to all City Beverages policies and procedures.

·         Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
·         High School Diploma with 1-2 year’s previous Receptionist/Customer Service experience.

·         Experience with MS Office applications; requires proficiency within Excel and Outlook.

·         Use of multi-line telephone console, voice mail system, computer, printer, and scanner.

·         Proficient bi-lingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred.

·         Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Good verbal and written communication skills.

·         Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and orderly.

·         Ability to report to work as scheduled.

 

Physical Requirements

·         Ability to bend, squat, and climb occasionally

·         Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time

·         Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs occasionally

·         Visual and hearing abilities associated with telephone and greeting individuals.

Pay

$20.00 per hour
