General Summary 

Build specific brand and program awareness within category focusing on Off Premise accounts.


Essential Job Functions

Work closely with On Premise Sales, Inventory Control, On Premise Key Account Managers & SBA Manager in establishing sales goals and opportunities.


  • Focus on ABI High Ends/Imports & SBA Brands assigned to position.
  • Constantly evaluate competitive pricing in market.
  • Meet/exceed all monthly sales goals.
  • Communicate Strategic Brands information and opportunities to sales team.
  • Partner with and coordinate sales opportunities with Alliance & Non-Alliance Partners.
  • Participate in “after hours” trade calls and special events/Beer Festivals.
  • Attend and participate in Off Premise Sales Meetings.
  • Coordinate innovative sampling programs.
  • Monitor day and night trade activity.
  • Monitor Strategic Brands activity among competitors.
  • Monitor required documentation and reporting.
  • Establish and build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Offer craft training, brewing opportunities to sales team and key retailers.



Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior sales experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Follow all company rules and regulations.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend, squat and climb repetitively.
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. repetitively.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to/from shoulder height repetitively.

Ability to lift up to 160 lbs to shoulder height occasionally
