Sponsorship Opportunities

We’re excited to consider supporting your upcoming event! To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review and address the following points before submitting your request:

Timing
Please submit your request at least 90 days prior to your event. This allows us ample time to review and plan for our involvement.
Location
Is your event located within our service area? Our sponsorships are currently limited to Osceola, Orange, and a small part of Lake County. Kindly provide the exact event location for our consideration.
Branding
Does the event align with the products we offer and the brand image we represent? We’re committed to partnerships that resonate with our values and audience, so we want to make sure the event is a great fit!
Participation
We ask that event promoters contribute additional marketing efforts alongside our sponsorship. Please confirm that you have sufficient resources to promote the event, in collaboration with City Beverages Orlando, for maximum impact.
Permit
If your event is open to the public, please provide a copy of the special event permit. If you're working with a charity (501c3 Charitable License), kindly include their details and permit information as well.
